Very flimsy not sturdyI ordered this mat off the email that it was the improved version of the mat I currently have. It isn t improved. It is very lightweight, to light weight. It doesn t uncurl when rolled out and it bunches up when you shift positions. I returned it without issue. It would be good as a mat on top of a mat if you can secure the corners. As a main mat I do not recommend. It would be a good mat to use as a layer. I am much happier with my original AMIERDAY mat so I switched back to that. It is the perfect weight and thickness. The return process was NO HASSLE. Customer service is FANTASTIC They went above and beyond my expectations with follow ups.
