JD: Cheaper version of last years great model

I love my Asics running shoes. What I hate is Asics changes how they are made from time to time. Each time this happens they ruin the comfort and feel of the shoe. This, the Venture 6 , is the latest to undergo the transformation from great feeling shoe to complete garbage. The materials used are cheaper, the thickness of padding and support have been minimized, all resulting in this piece of garbage I now own. Luckily the Venture 5 shoe is still available so I will be be getting another pair of those.
