Description
Get unbeatable stability, support and comfort in the Adrenaline GTS 17. These shoes feel incredibly soft underfoot thanks to plush sidewall geometries and the ultra-cushioning BioMoGo DNA midsole. This midsole technology adapts to your stride and speed, delivering an exceptional ride. For additional comfort and support, a full-length segmented crash pad provides softer landings and smoother transitions, while the Progressive Diagonal Rollbar encourages a more natural motion pattern. The Element mesh upper lets your feet breathe, and synthetic overlays provide much-needed structure. For the perfect balance of flexibility and strength, the outsole combines abrasion-resistant HPR Plus material with Flextra rubber. These shoes also feature an asymmetrical saddle that wraps your foot for a locked-in fit from your first step to your last.
Customer reviews
Solid running shoes, need more colors to choose fromMy three previous pairs of running shoes have been the Adrenaline GTS 16. I did not expect the GTS 17 iteration to be very different from the 16, and that proved to be true. There are, however, a couple of minor differences I have noticed. First of all, the toe box seems to be slightly bigger on the 17. This has caused me to stumble a few times, and I ve actually wiped out completely on a couple of occasions wrecking a pair of expensive compression leggings on one of those falls . I seem to have adapted to that slight change now though, as no more stumbles or falls lately. The other difference is definitely a positive - the 17 seems to be better made and harder wearing. On all three previous pairs of 16s, I found that the upper would start splitting from the sole on the outside of the shoe at around the 250-mile mark. I have around 320 miles on my current pair of 17s and no sign of any splitting yet. I ll be replacing them around 350 miles anyway, but it s nice not to be forced into it by structural failure Not sure why I had that problem with the 16s - I have fairly wide feet, but the splitting happened in both 2E wide and D M widths. Whatever the reason, I m happy to be getting a little extra mileage out of each pair - running 40-50 miles a week, buying a new pair of shoes every 6 weeks was a significant expense for me
