Customer reviewsVery good value
I wanted a lightweight but sturdy Sunday carry bag with a stand for the golf range. This should work well for an executive course as well or for a regular course if you want to walk it without all your clubs. I have been using it for a couple of months and am very pleased it. The bag itself is very light and stiff with two pockets with plenty of room for balls, tees, and other golfing paraphernalia. It is pretty well balanced and easily carries 4 irons, a hybrid, wood and driver. I could pretty easily fit in another putter and iron if I wanted to you could fit an additional wood or iron for a total of 11 clubs but then it gets pretty tight and you might not be too happy with that many clubs in there. Like most golf bag stands I have had, you have to be careful that you don t put it on a slippery floor or else the stand would probably bend or break and be pretty worthless so make sure the bottom of the bag is propped against a backstop or sitting on a rough surface if you have any question as to whether the bag will slide on the floor. It should not be a problem on the grass of a golf course. The stand holds well on the rough concrete surface of my golf range....no backstop needed. The stand doesn t look like it could stand up to heavy abuse but if you take care of it, it looks like it will last for the lifetime of the bag. The netting for the water bottle could be made better and allow for a wider bottle. I don t know how durable it is and it likely will hold no more than a small plastic water bottle. I can t fit my small metal thermos in there so that is not cool for the environment. There is a nicely made strap for over the shoulder carrying and a solid handle for picking it up or carrying it by hand. The buckles look pretty solid. I don t believe this will strap into a golf cart very well. Never tried it, though. It looks pretty good, too, although I am still waiting for compliments. Overall, a very well made and functional bag.
