Game changerThis mat makes it so easy and comfortable to maneuver through various yoga poses on my hardwood floors without the usual discomfort of floor work It is exactly as described. I wish there would have been an option to purchase a black or grey colored mat, but the color has nothing to do with the use . This mat is pretty squishy so if you are wanting to use for aerobic or high impact workouts, it may not be the best. I don t use it for this purpose, so I don t know for sure, but do suspect that it may slip around on the floor. It does stay put during yoga. I love it
