EXACTLY what I had in mind.I checked out the reviews before buying this vibrating foam roller and it s exactly what I had in mind. Some said that the vibration wasn t as powerful as others but when I checked reviews for other vibrating foam rollers, they said the vibration was too powerful or that they used the medium setting. So this one works great for me. I have some issues with back pain and tightness in my lower back which isn t the easiest to stretch. So I needed something to help out like a back stretcher or tool like this for some pain relief.
