Terrible cushion if you are used to using studio quality bolsters in regular practiceYoga studio bolsters are firm. These are basically squishy pillows. They are completely useless. Do not believe the other positive reviews. Seriously. I cannot believe these are being sold as yoga bolsters. If you are a serious yoga student, you will be incredibly disappointed by this ridiculous excuse for a yoga bolster which should be firm and unyielding.
