Cooper Chick: Great yoga mat option

The rug is ample size and great quality. I bought this rug because sometimes I like to do yoga or stretching in my bedroom and it s carpeted. This works perfect for non-hard surfaces. It would be excellent for outdoor yoga on grass or sand. I love the JadeYoga company ethics too This rug is handmade by rural artisans in India and they provide a week of hot lunches to a child in India. I bought this rug off of Amazon instead of their website because of shipping cost.
