These yoga mats are so fun for children and adults to use. The positive affirmations on the mats inspire creative poses and discussions about what makes children feel strong, happy, and calm. Although the size is smaller than an adult mat, it is long enough for most adults to use. I also love how the mat folds into a square. This is great yoga mat for yogis of all sizes.
