R. Sherrell: Great mat for Yoga

Bought two of these for yoga - they grip well, don t have an abrasive smell like most less expensive mats and seem to be holding up so far. I ve used these mats on both a hard and carpeted surface and had no issue with them shifting around. They are thinner so if you need more support go for a different mat but this is great for balancing between the grip and ability to be stable while in poses. I do wish the mats came with a strap but I bought them knowing they didn t have one included.
