Not impressed with thicknessI use this as a backup mat for yoga when I don t feel like going to the exercise room upstairs. Backup stays in the living room. Personally, I m not impressed with how thin this is. It s hurting my everything that I always end up going upstairs to use the proper mat with padding. I ve had it for several months but only used it about 3 times and probably be giving it away soon. The only good thing about this mat is the color and design, but it s highly uncomfortable.
