The flat style is awesome Great for personal training, coaching or improving your own agilityI purchased the SKLZ Quick Flat Run Agility Ladder as a last minute stocking stuffer for my wife when it was a deal of the day. As a personal trainer, assistant swim coach and general fitness geek she loved it Please note, the box was appropriate for the size of the product, but way too bit to actually put in her stocking. Oh well I like that this product is flat to the ground it doesn t have basically small pipes as rungs of the ladder like some older or cheaper models may have . It al comes with spike stakes to attach the ends into soft ground. One could reasonably attach the ends to some small bean bags to make sure it doesn t shift on a hard surface like a track or gym floor or as you can see the marble floors in our apartment .
