Amazon Customer: Save time, spend a few extra bucks

Save yourself the headache and spend a few extra bucks and get an upgraded bag. Not only did it arrive with one leg already bent beyond repair, it just feels cheap. There are a lot nicer bags for a few dollars more on here. I highly recommend getting one of those.
