Bailey J Miller: Use for floor exercises, not yoga

This mat is very thick and comfortable, but is not appropriate for yoga. The softness does not provide enough support for standing yoga poses - its hard to get balance on it. More vigorous activities like jumping seem to put stress on the mat - it almost seemed like it was going to tear if I jumped or did lunges. I d say it would only be appropriate for seated exercises or more gentle yoga Pilates that does not involve a lot of standing or movement-based poses.
